Conduct at meetings

Attendees of EPISTLE meetings:

• Shall treat other representatives with respect and courtesy.
• Shall listen to the point of view of others.
• Shall strive for consensus.

Remedies

In the event that a member does not fulfil his responsibilities any member may:

• Ask the Chairman to resolve the issue with the member.

The Chairman shall discuss the alleged non-compliance with the member and attempt to resolve the non-compliance.

In the event of failure to resolve the non-compliance the Chairman shall:

• Bring the non-compliance to a Management Committee Meeting.

The Management Committee may take what action it think fits, which may include waving the responsibility or excluding the organisation or project from membership depending on circumstances.
