This is my own 'Jota 1000', registration No. MYL 616P, frame/engine No.4063/4063. I
have owned this motorcycle for the last 6 years and it has never let me down. To date (January 1998) it has done 63,000 miles.

This particular motorcycle was invoiced to Slater Bros. (the UK Laverda Importers in Herefordshire, England) from Moto Laverda, on the 16th April 1976, and arrived 10 days later in Crate No.6 (so it was probably the 6th Jota in the country). It was the shipped to Hexagon of London, one of the official dealerships, who registered it on 1st May 1976.
