These are the adventures of Conway the Cat as told by writer and artist Paul Mitchell. Conway likes to sleep a lot, and his favourite dish is fish fingers and cream, this is the food that makes Conway dream.

Pauls Biography Paul Mitchell is the youngest of three brothers, born and educated in Leeds, West Yorkshire. He later moved to Bridlington, East Yorkshire where he met and married Caroline. At the moment they have one young daughter called Hollie Victoria.
This is Paul's first attempt at writing children's books, the books originally having being written to read to Hollie. However after such a good response from friends and family who have seen the books.
He has now decided to try and get them published. We are only too pleased to give this talented writer publicity and encouragement.


Paul has fully illustrated his first three books, Conway the cat in outer space, Conway the cat and the buried treasure and Conway the cat and the big green tank. In the pipeline are another 9 stories with Conway having various adventures, They are as follows: Conway the cat at the seaside. Conway the cat and the flying carpet. Conway the cat meets the Loch Ness monster. Conway the cat and the time machine. Conway the cat at the zoo. Conway the cat is a superhero. Conway the cat and the robot. Conway the cat helps Santa Claus. Conway the cat goes to the fair. In total Paul has 36 stories either finished, part finished or in title alone.
