Ileana is a first cousin once removed to Count Alexander Kottulinsky (Ileana's father "Count Jaroslav Franz Kottulinsky 1917-1959" and Alexander's grandfather "Count Johann Adalbert Kottulinsky 1913-1984" were brothers)
