A commercial dictionary that is really useful. However, it is expensive
and a BIG download. That aside, I believe that it is an application that
alot of people will consider.

Another route planning software
package for Europe. Detailed maps and allows you to plan different routes
from A to B. GPS is supported. CF disk recommended due to size of program.

A commercial route
planning software package, City Maps has detailed maps of just about every
town in the UK. Excellent for travellers, with detailed views and plans of
