TO ALL SQUAD SWIMMERS, JUNIOR THROUGH TO SENIOR, 8YEARS THROUGH TO             38 +YRS YOUR FULL SWIMMING POTENTIAL WILL ONLY BE REACHED IF YOU ATTEND ALL OF THE  TRAINING SESSIONS OFFERED TO YOU BY YOUR COACH.

PLEASE INFORM YOUR COACH  AS TO THE REASON FOR YOUR NON ATTENDANCE AT ANY SESSION.
