CONDITION

Obvious defects have been described. Records and Covers are graded separately, covers first.

M - Mint. As new condition.
Ex - Excellent. Nearly new, only very minor signs of wear.
Vg - Very Good. A clean copy. Second hand, obviously played, possibly with some light surface marks, but well looked after. Normal wear and tear to the cover but no major defects.
G - Good. Not really any good at all. Plays but has loss of sound quality and minor scratches. Covers scuffed, split, discoloured etc. Only rare items are offered in this condition, as a stand-in rather than a collectable copy.
F, P, B - Fair, Poor, Bad. All too appalling to contemplate.

Label Scar - The surface of the cover has been damaged by the removal of a label.
Label Ghost - It is evident that a label has been removed but the cover surface is intact. Normally where an unlaminated cover has absorbed glue from the label.
