Glaisdale String Band 1910.  The 1901 census shows four possible Arthur HOGGARTHs born in Whitby c. 1875, 1880, 1886 and 1890.  There are also several Williams.

These photos were sent to me by Liz and Will BRAMHILL. Lis is the Great grandaughter of Danvers HOGGARTH who was the brother of Allin HOGGARTH (1st) and so my third cousin.

Family photos at West Horden Farm
West Horden Farm, which was managed by Allin HOGGARTH, was owned at that time by the National Coal Board.  It closed when a local councilor's plans to build a new town with light industries came to fruition.  He was a Mr Peter Lee.

This is a photo sent to me by Mary Young (nee Lewis) who is the child. The old man is Great Gdad Allin HOGGARTH, 1858-1940. Location - Mary thinks it was probably Hinderwell.

WILDON and WILKIN family.  
This thumbnail has been for years known as "the woman with the dog". It is now known that it is Lydia WILKIN, mother of Clara WILDON, mother of Alice WILDON my Grandmother.   
In June 2004 I received a photo of Thompson WILDON and his wife Lydia from Jean HINDMARCH (nee POLLOCK) who is a grandaughter of Ada WILDON; the youngest daughter of Thompson and Lydia.  

Clara WILDON who had Alice WILDON in Malton at the age of 16 in 1888 and married Arthur MARSH in Middlesbrough in 1890
