WILD MARJORAM

Habitat: Dry, well-drained, non-acidic soil. Sunny position.

Habit: Height 30-50 cm. Good ground cover plant. Rock gardens, dry walls, herb or wildflower gardens.

Flower Color: Small, purplish-pink.

Planting Time: Plant in spring or autumn. 30-40 cm apart. Can divide plants or take cuttings.

Caterpillar Food Plant for: Chequered Skipper, Scotch Argos, Large Heath, Large Blue butterflies. (Frogs sometimes live in mine too!)

Nectar Plant for:Peacock, Gatekeeper and White butterflies. Good bee plant.
