Customers with special mobility needs have priority parking at Page’s Park station. Two of the railway’s coaches can be adapted, so that passengers in wheelchairs can travel in comfort, accompanied by the rest of their party.
There is ramp access to most facilities, including a dedicated toilet in the buffet at Page’s Park station. Advance notification of wheelchairs is appreciated, to allow us to make any preparations that may be required.
For customers with impaired sight, all of our leaflets are available in large print, on request. Our volunteer staff are also willing to read out or write down information, if this is helpful.
For customers with very small children, a nappy-changing facility has been installed in the toilet area of the station buffet, to help make your day run smoothly. There are also high chairs available in the buffet itself, and the Guard will look after buggies while you are on the train, if this will help.
