Other Breeds
I've always loved dogs, even as a small child. I bullied my parents into bringing home a tiny sheltie-cross from the local rescue kennel. He was the devil incarnate - threatening to kill anyone witht he audacity to invade his personal space. But I loved him.
Old English Sheepdogs
After I married in 1973 I was able to indulge my passion a little more and started with Old English Sheepdogs.
German Short-haired pointers (GSP's)
After 10 years I finally admitted that OES were not the ideal breed for a muddy farm so we aquired a German shorthaird Pointer (More brains and less
coat). By 1990 I realised I couldn't actually afford to keep more than one or two big dogs and so we added a papillon to our family of OES and GSP's
