HESSDALEN, NORWAY (Case file 0565927)
So many strange lights, like Will-O-Wisps, have been seen in this remote farming district, it has become a place of pilgrimage for scientists and amateurs hoping to record and measure them. Erling Strand made a remarkable discovery when he led one such project in the 1980s. When he directed a laser beam at one of the lights, it started flashing twice as fast, indicating that it was reacting to the stimulus.
