Recent Case (05/04/98) An Atlantean in Washington DC claimed that the entire Washington DC area is some form of long-term experiment. Further information suggests that undetectably low concentrations of extremely subtle nanotech devices are involved in gradual modifications of the Washington populace. This effect is apparently centred on Still Grove and drawing close to some sort of resolution.
