Source: Last report filed by Agent Benjamin Marcus, on his cell colleague Dr James Tyler-Hare. Agent Marcus appeared to be having a nervous breakdown brought on by ever-increasing paranoia, and snapped during his next mission. The remaining cell members, to ensure their safety and the continuance of the mission, were forced to execute Agent Marcus. The cell has been treated at arm's length by Aegis in the wake of this incident while a second team shadow and investigate the members.
