A loosely-collected group of Internet UFO buffs and conspiracy theorists, guided by an inner circle of enthusiasts who have moved to establish the organisation as a clearing house of gossip and rumour, to try and establish the truth behind the many stories floating about. Easily dismissed as cranks and weirdos, the Watchman Organisation is, in fact, a very potent tool, able to crack very complicated codes and hack into some of the most secure databases. Aegis is trying to infiltrate the group.
