of brown and red show millions of years of sedimentary activity. Enormous
rock pillars and arches have been left by erosion. Huge scattered bones
denote the location of a dinosaur graveyard. Gnarled trees and multitudes
of cacti provide vegetation. The violet skies are subject to sudden storms.
