This is much more difficult for me to write. For the most part I will rely on your contributions.
Again, the masters listed are shown in order of their arrival:

H S 'Harry' Jessop (1956-1988) Strictly speaking, Harry is from my time at Aston, because we 'overlapped' by two years. Despite that inauspicious start, Harry went on to have a distinguished career at Aston, eventually becoming Deputy Headmaster. Coming from a high level Rugby playing background (North Midlands and Loughborough Colleges), he eventually took over from Watcyn Thomas as first XV coach, a task which he enjoyed for the rest of his time, when he wasn't teaching maths. or running the school! |

C Roger Cockbill (1966-2006) The most recent member of the 'Higgs Club', Roger loved the place so much that he stayed on after retirement. He still (2008) drives in three days a week from his home in Malvern. How dedicated is that! Roger has been of enormous help to me during my work in the Archive Centre. |

Martin Payne (1966-2004) Martin is a member of one of Aston's most exclusive clubs - the 'Frank Jones Club'. Just thirteen of them so far! |

Phil Tuck (1974- Present) The latest member (2007) of the 'Brandon Club', Phil is Head of Sixth Form. |

J V 'Vince' Darby (1978-2002) Long serving member of staff and Deputy Head from 1989. Just when you thought he was going to become another Astonian 'Mr Chips', Vince upped and left - to become a headmaster - at Camp Hill of all places! |
