Other Games being played at Diss:

The Cup Final (Gorleston v Needham Market) on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May (kick off 3pm) and Youth Championship Play Off on Wednesday 7th May (kick off 7.45pm). The other two Desira Group South Norfolk Sunday League Players Aid matches will be on Thursdays with a 7.30pm kick off –Trophy (Mellis v Redgrave) on 10th April and Cup on 24th April (Bungay or Eye v Wortham or Redgrave – with both semi finals to be played on Sunday 30th March after being postponed due to waterlogged pitches last week). The two Anglia Access Norfolk and Suffolk Veterans League matches will be on Fridays with 8pm kick offs – Cup on May 2nd (Norwich Trafford or Bungay v Melton YCOB or Kirkley and Pakefield) and Shield on May 9th (Yaxley Cherry Tree or One F C v Solebay or Yarmouth Postals).

Monday 19th May
PRIZE BINGO at Diss Town Football Club, Brewers Green Lane, Diss. Doors open at 7.15pm for eyes down at 8pm. During the break the annual Diss Town F C prizes will be presented.

Saturday 24th May
MUSIC with Encore at Diss Town Football Club, Brewers Green Lane, Diss from 8pm. Entry £7 including a buffet.

CHAMPIONS Wroxham played host to Diss Town in a friendly game with a credible 0-0 result for Paul Tong's team.

Also in action on Thursday the under 18s played at Tivitshall and won 1-2 in a close game

131 spectators saw Paul Tong's Diss Town take on Kevin Wilson's Corby Town in the opening friendly of the season.
despite a Danny Partridge opening goal the visitors were much too strong for the under par Tangerines and the Southern Premier side  gave the crowd a fine display of quality football.
