This is my small tribute to a man who has given so much pleasure to so many people. I hope that by writing these pages, the whole world will be able to see Lowry's work and hopefully he will receive the global recognition he deserves.There are over 200 pictures of Lowry's work here along with a short biography, there is also a page of book reviews and prices and a list of available prints and a whole lot more besides.

For the benefit of non English people...England is NOT the United Kingdom, and England is NOT Britain, England IS an independent country that has been inhabited by humans since 7000BC and our National Day is April 23rd, which is also St Georges Day, the Patron Saint of England.Rather than dwell on the darker side of our history, I would like to include things on these pages that reflect the good side of English culture, our superstitions and our traditions as well as our famous stiff upper lip, our sense of humour and not forgetting our obsession with the teapot !!.I am very proud of my English heritage,I have travelled all over the world and I haven't yet seen a better or more beautiful country than our own green and pleasant lands.I am going to put as much about England as I can on these pages so if you have any suggestions then please feel free to let me know what you're thinking,
