Many of us have had dodgy moments while diving our rebreathers, or done something silly like jumping in with gasses switched off. Most of us put that information away and learn from it. BUT wouldn't it be great if we could collect all these stories together and ALL learn form them.
The survey has shown that most of us do this. Lets see if we can find the common factors and prevent further incidents
