Monday 11th June 2001 - Welcome to the Lotto5 Site. Here you will find a few programs for different operating systems. First of all is Lotto5 for the Series 5.Next is Golfcaddy5 for the Series 5.Finally there is the Abbreviated Wheeler.Designed for Java 1.2 and will not work on the Psion. After having a Pocket PC for the past 6 months I have 'binned it' and gone back to the much more usable psion range. I have been lucky enough to purchase a Netbook and for the past two months never regretted it! I work with Windows machines all day and I just love using something I can rely on.... Anyway I am currently involved in two projects, the conversion of Lotto5 for the Revo 85% completed and a new type of application never before seen on the Psion range of machines. I decide to do this after it was the only thing I missed from the Pocket PC. More details later as I don't want 'clones' appearing just yet. It is being coded in Java 1.1.4 and is in an early stage of development,at around 20% . I will try to post details more frequently, please feel free to try my shareware below. Please note I do NOT distributed crippleware.!...!....!...!.....

Lotto5 is a Lottery application for the Series 5 and Geofox One and other Epoc32 machines. It has been programmed for use with any lottery and provided with draw information for the British National Lottery but this can all be changed. The following are the main features:

• Multiple Syndicate ticket management - Up to 6 user nameable syndicates with upto 500 lines per ticket.
• Graphical Lucky Dip - A total random draw of 6 lottery balls (Has been described as therapeutic to watch).
• Graphical Custom Analysis of all previous draws - All 1600+ balls previously drawn held in a file for you to analyse and keep updated.
• Full & Abbreviated Wheels - All Full wheels supported and currently 20 abbreviated wheels ( Possible holes, not Guaranteed!)

GolfCaddy5 - For various EPOC32 Devices with a minimum screen size of 640 x 240  - SHAREWARE

GolfCaddy5 is an electronic score card for the Psion Series 5. It is a full size golfcard that you mark as you play your round. Features which are included:

• Automatic scoring for Stableford,Matchplay and Medalplay.Automatic stroke allowance for handicap allowance ,Full, 7/8, 3/4, 7/16, 3/18
• Nett score view for all players
• Analyse your last round graphically
• Analyse upto 10,20,40,80,160 rounds of a particular course by ‘gross score’
• Analyse your last 6 most recent rounds by ‘Shots per hole’
• Save up to 1000 filled in cards
• Supports ‘Yards or Meters’
• Up to 500 user defined cards
• Caddy function
• Record your green putting and stroke detail.Have them analysed.

Lotto7 - A Java Executable file for Systems running a Java Virtual machine Version 1.2 or Greater....  -  WINWARE!!

Lotto7 is to be a conversion of Lotto5. At this stage in development the download is a sub module of a complete package to be called Lotto7. The download is the Abbreviated Wheel calculator. There are no deliberate restrictions, the print button has not been activated yet, and hopefully any operating system with a Java Plug in of Version 1.2  (Swing Components used) or greater should be able to execute the program. You can acquire a Java Plug in for your operating system  from www.sun.com .(This SUN download can be around 4 MB, but it is well worth it as you can then run standalone Java Applications)

The Abbreviated Wheel Specifications:

• Some 45+ wheels to choose from with a maximum possible 99
• Mouse / Touch interface
• Clear finished Output - You will have to use a screen capture for hard copies at this stage
• Results checked real time against all possible draws using your selected numbers
  So hopefully no holes, please note I accept no liability for errors etc in this program
