Whereas on 19 August 2003 a Petition to
wind up the above-named Company of Low Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, West
Yorkshire LS18 4ER was advertised by Regal Hire Co. Limited (in liquidation) of
43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, such Petition to be heard at
the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 3 September 2003, at
10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
It is now acknowledged by Regal Hire Co. Limited (in liquidation) that the
full amount of the debt was paid on 20
August 2003. In consequence the said Creditor will not pursue the
Petition and will apply at the Hearing on 3 September 2003 for the Petition to
be withdrawn.
