The Sport financial performance of the Council’s Contractor at Flitwick Leisure Centre is very good and it is pleasing to note the performance with regard to first-time customers, the discount scheme and the percentage of visits by traditional sports development priority groups such as females, the disabled and unemployed. However, the quality of service gives greater cause for concern and features in the lowest quartile in several areas; 

	Visits by disabled aged over 60
	% Of total programmed time available for use but not used in the pools
	Satisfaction with cleanliness
	Satisfaction with friendliness of the staff
