Save the Ladywell Pool Campaign Lewisham Residents want to save a major London Pool. Ladywell was closed in August 2002 for works that cost £1.8 million and took 20 months, about 20 times longer than the initial estimated time. Two weeks later the Council announced the pool would close in 2007 and be demolished.
