took place during

Belfast Rose Week 2008.
 

Written by current President and founder of the Rose Society Craig Wallace, the liberally illustrated 116 pages add a new dimension to local rose history.  This north-eastern corner of Ireland has been the United Kingdom's main centre of rose breeding since the 1880s and the book highlights the continuing Irish enthusiasm for
The Queen of Flowers.

The normal selling price will be £10 per copy, discounted to £8 during Rose Week.
