An excellent resource for old UK radio program lists is Radio Listings (use index letters at bottom of page) or slightly less complete, Otterplus Radio db- enter a series or episode name or part name in the search box. For listings of US old time radio shows, OTRSite.com cannot be bettered.
A superb radio comedy web site is an unofficial Just a Minute homage, with episode guide and transcripts. As it is a bandwidth throttled gnocity site, try also an older version on the web archive
A lot of classic British radio comedy is streamed on the internet by BBC Radio 7, who also produce an informative weekly newsletter.
For a British slant on radio drama programs (but no audio), Diversity
