JULY BBQ PARTY!
Saturday 26th July saw the 1st school BBQ Party/disco which dispite the rain was enjoyed by all. A big thanks must go out to all those who helped make the night a success. Caroline, Jenni & Patsy for preparing & serving the food, Richard for surviving the heat of the BBQ, and a big thanks to Chris and Marie for the loan of the Gazebo which, given the weather was much needed, although we almost lost it when we took the idea of flamed grilled burgers too far! Once again thanks to all those that helped out! We will be holding another BBQ Party next year, more details to follow!

students of the grade yellow belt and above are strongly advised to train twice a week,
students that train at the very minimum of once/week get the minimum benefits. By

once per week, you learn more and get better, after all the main objective in your study
is to gain as much as you can as quick as you can. If you want to be a black belt,
you have try to do what black belts do, if you want to be a low levelled student do what
they do. See me in class to get information on additional classes.
