The bell augmentation work was completed at the same time as repairs to the Saxon tower.

Badsworth, West Yorkshire, St Mary the Virgin

During 2001 we located a surplus bell from Plymouth, St Andrew which is now the treble of the ring of five. The Trust has donated a second-hand bell which is now the treble of six. The work to complete the augmentation to six was completed during 2004.

Wickersley, South Yorkshire, St Alban

Subject to fund raising etc. it is planned to augment the ring of three by retiring the ancient tenor bell and adding four modern bells to the back of the ring. This will give a ring of six all cast by Taylor's in 1952. The four bells the Trust is providing were the back four of the Liverpool, Highfield St chime.

Hessle, East Yorkshire, All Saints

A surplus bell located by the Trust was installed during 2001 as the second of the augmented ring from six to eight bells.

Horton-in-Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire, St Oswald

The treble bell from the pre-millennium ring at South Petherton, Somerset was installed during 1999 to augment the ring of three bells to four. The bells are hung in a six-bell frame so have the potential for further augmentation.
