Your account was upgraded to BTinternet Anytime on the 31st March 2001. In order to access the internet from this date, you need to download your new Anytime dial-in software - click here to download.

Existing Annual Customers
Your Annual payment product is no longer available for renewal and your account will be upgraded to BTinternet Anytime at Ł14.99 per month from the date of your next renewal after 15th March 2001.

However, from 31st March 2001 you need to download new dial-in software to access the internet from this date. Note: If your account has not yet been upgraded, you can use this software at no additional cost until the date of your renewal.

What if I don't want BTinternet Anytime?

Either:

Make the switch to BTinternet for SurfTime - you can go online for free at evenings and weekends for Ł9.99 a month. All you need is a BT line and you'll be charged via your phone bill
Or pick BTinternet Pay-as-you-go and whenever you choose to surf you'll only be charged for the time you spend on-line.

Your BTinternet account was automatically upgraded to BTinternet Anytime on 31st March 2001, giving you access to the internet 24 hours a day - at NO Additional cost!
