To check whether Microsoft Exchange is installed on your PC, look for an Inbox icon on your desktop. If there is no icon, install Microsoft Exchange as follows:

1. From the Control Panel, doubleclick Add/Remove Programs.
2. Click Windows Setup.
3. Tick the check box next to Microsoft Exchange.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
