Q. Can I choose to pay for the new BTinternet for BT Surf packages up-front for the whole year?
A. No. Payments are now made as part of the BT phone bill and are split between the BT Surf package and BTinternet subscription (effective from 1st August 2001 the BTinternet monthly subscription for Surf packages will increase from £4.00 to £5.99) and will appear as a monthly charge on the bill. Q. I have a BT 'xxxx' line. Can I still get BTinternet for BT Surf packages??
A. Yes, you can register for BTinternet for BT Surf packages and use a BT Surf package if you have one of the following types of BT line (if line type is not listed, SurfTime is not available):

 Residential PSTN lines
 Single Business PSTN lines
 Home Highway lines
 Business Highway lines*
 ISDN2 and ISDN2e lines
 Featurelines
 Featurenet Embark lines
 Renters Payphone lines.

Q. I have a BT business line. Can I still get BTinternet for BT Surf packages?
A. Yes, see above. However, BTinternet for BT Surf packages is not available on ISDN30 or Multi-lines.
