1. Double click on the Fetch Icon to run the program.

2. You will be presented with a screen similar to the one below.
Enter the Host: ftp.btinternet.com, the User ID is the e-mail name you wish to use for your web page. (An example is shown) and the password is the e-mail password for the chosen e-mail address. Now press OK.

3. Once connected will get a directory listing (an example below), if you are doing this for the first time, there will be no files displayed.

4. Bring up the folder containing the files you wish to upload to your webspace.

5. Drag the files onto the Fetch window and the files will be uploaded to your webspace (example below).

7. All the files should be up there now and the customer can view them if they go to their homepage.
