If I change my e-mail password what happens to my access password?
If you change your primary e-mail password, then at your next log-on using your primary e-mail address you must use this new password. If you change one of your other e-mail passwords, it will not affect your access password.

Can I use my other e-mail names and passwords for access?
It is possible to use only your primary e-mail address and password access.

Can I change my primary e-mail name?
It is not possible to change your primary e-mail name. However we will shortly be implementing e-mail aliasing, which will allow e-mail to be sent to a different address. It will not be possible to use the primary e-mail name's alias for access though.

Why are the instructions for corporate users different?
The structure for mail delivery to corporate accounts is different. In consequence, the implementation of password simplification is also different.
