Connecting
There are two ways you can connect to the Internet.

You can dial in using dial up networking, or configure your browser to connect once started.

To start you connection independent of any Internet applications click Start, then Programs, Accessories, Communications, Dial Up Networking then double click your BTinternet icon and click Connect.

To configure your browser to initiate the connection follow the instructions below.

Click Start then Settings, Control Panel and Select Internet Options (or just "Internet") which will display the following dialogue box.

Click the Connections tab, select the Dialer you wish to use (if it is not your default dialer, highlight it by clicking on it and then click the Set Default button. Make sure the "Always dial my default connection" option is checked.

Click OK. Now, when you start Internet Explorer, you will be prompted to connect.
