Now that you have registered you need to update your "Remote Access" or "PPP" settings to use your details.

From the "Apple Menu" select "Control Panels" and then "Remote Access" or "PPP" option. From the "File" pull down menu select "Configurations", this will display a list of your configurations.

2. When prompted "Duplicate Default" as: "type BTinternet Pay As You Go and click the "OK" button".

3. Highlight the BTinternet Pay-as-you-go entry and click the "Make Active" button.

4. Ensure "Registered user" is ticked.

5. In the Name field enter your full email name (please ensure you include the @btinternet.com).

6. In the Password field enter your password and tick save password box.

7. In the Number field enter 0844 0908005.

8. Select "File pull down menu" and select "Configurations", you will be prompted to save changes, Save the changes.

9. Highlight BTinternet Pay As You Go entry and click "Make Active" button.

You may want to configure your mail software to access BTinternet Mail. The help section provides guidance on how to do this.
