Apart from access to a telephone, you do not need any special equipment to use BTinternet SpeechMail. However, you will need to sign up before you can use the service.

What will it cost?
Telephone calls to the service are charged at standard national rates via an '0870' number.

How do I sign up?
Just sign up using the Application Form. You will need to know your:

• First / familiar name
• BTinternet account name
• BTinternet account password
• Choice of 4 digit PIN

Can I change how the system works?
Yes. Registered users may log in and change many of the system settings, according to their preferences.
