Important information for non-BT line customers

Unfortunately BTinternet Anytime is only available with a BT line. If you do not have a BT line you will be unable to use BTinternet Anytime and therefore have the following options:

  • You can reconnect your BT line by visiting www.bt.com/reconnect or by calling 0808 100 2324
  • If you have never used BT before, you can find out more by calling 0808 100 2324
  • Or move to BTinternet Pay-as-you-go (subject to availability from your telephone supplier)
If you find that none of these options are convenient for your needs you can close your BTinternet account quickly and simply by completing the form below or by calling 0870 241 4567 between 8am and midnight.
