Cammy McRitchie and Gary Bruce (Both Hopeville) Qualified for Semi Finals from Loco's section. Daryyl Greig (Banks of Ury) and James Angus (Hopeville) Qualified for Semi Finals from Legion Section. Semi's and Final will be played on FInals day at the Black Bull Inn.

The McLaren Cup was also played at the Hopeville on Thursday last week with Paul Geddes and Joey Mathers winning in the final against Neil Thow and Grant McDonald.

Our darts season kicked off with the Kintore Fours, played at the RBL, Inverurie on Tuesday, 25th August. A fantastic turnout saw 21 teams enter the event, which was greatly appreciated by all involved as it was the first tournament of the season.

The winners were the Black Bull Inn Team 1, who triumphed over the Meldrum Legion A in the final.

Special mentions go to Gary Bruce and Bob McDonald who both scored 180's, and again to Gary Bruce for the highest check out of the night - 126. Other high c/o's included Alan Ross 117 and Robbie Walker 112.

I would like towelcome new teams Oldmeldrum Legion, Commercial and Banks of Ury to the Leage and wish all the teams all the best for the coming season.
