Booking your holiday flat.
Please telephone first to confirm availability. We can then " hold" Mumbles Hill House flat for you pending receipt of your deposit and completed booking form. A deposit of 50% of the cost of your holiday is usually required as a booking fee to secure your holiday flat for you however, early bookings received 6 or more months in advance of your holiday may pay the deposit in two installments if preferred. Payment will be acknowledged with a receipted invoice showing your outstanding balance, which you may pay at anytime afterwards, up until 4 weeks prior to your arrival. You may of course pay the full amount on booking. Unfortunately we are not yet able to accept credit cards. Cancellations. If you have to cancel your holiday as a result of illness, or for any other reason, we will endeavour to re book the flat and offer a refund, but this cannot be guaranteed. Your flat will be available for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your flat by 10am on the day
of your departure, to allow us We offer self catering accommodation. We provide duvets, pillows and bedspreads on our beds, along with all bedlinen, one bath & one hand towel per person, and kitchen tea towels. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
