With a team of 15 skilled personnel using the latest technology

including computer controlled equipment from 2D/3D Design though to Wire Erosion & CNC Machining,

we supply press tools for the automotive, computer and domestic appliance industries,

manufacturing various types of tools from single operation to multi-progression for the world wide market.

We have in house facilities capable of trying out tools with a requirement of up to 250 Tons.

Below is an example of a progression tool cutting and forming 0.3 thick shim steel.

After tryout of tools, components are checked to comply to the customers drawings and cad files

using standard inspection equipment which includes a Mitutoyo 600 linear height gauge.

Also a Brown & Sharp CMM measuring machine, using PC-DMIS 3d measuring software

which can import 3d Iges files as supplied by the customer.
