Like many of the other hardcore DJ's, Billy Bunter started out in music listening to Hip Hop etc. Billy was lucky enough to be working in a record store from an early age and from there, he met promoters from Labryinth and Desire. Billy then started producing his own tunes on labels like "Just Another Label" etc. From there Billy found himself really interested in changing the normal happy hardcore sound and this pushed him towards a new style, called "Trancecore". Together with Rob Vanden, Billy set up a label called "GBT" and this pushed the trancecore sound to new limits. Still DJ'ing at regular hardcore parties like Dreamscape etc., Billy and his GBT label look set to stay on the circuit for a long time while he continues to push the hardcore sound in a new direction. He has now moved on to the sound of hard house and runs the very sucessfull HoneyPot Record Label.
