In this photograph the domed roof outline formed by the steel cables can clearly be seen.In the centre is a core of steel reinforcing for whatever will be constructed there???

This picture taken up closer shows the air extraction funnels sitting just under the edge of the dome roof.It appears that these will be built around rather than moved.
