TOTE JACKPOT
TOTE JACKPOT....... A bet at usually the main meeting of the day----Jackpot meetings are advertised as such, on the day.
Pick the winner of each of the six Jackpot races (it is usually the 1st six races, but not always, so check). Enter your horse number or Fav, for each race on the Jackpot slip. All stake money goes into a pool which is divided, after costs, between all the winners.
Dividends are to £1 unit.
You can bet in larger or smaller stakes if you like and, if correct, be paid accordingly.
Permutations (perms) are accepted, as in Scoop 6.
Multiply the number of selections chosen in each race together, then multiply by your stake unit.
If you select a horse and it does not run (NR), then you are automatically put on the favourite.
In the event of there being joint or co-favourites, then you will be put on the co-favourite that has the lowest number eg:- 2,3 and 7 are co-favourites, so you will be on number 2.
