Smoking
cessation
This program is designed to assist the client in the one intensive session.
It comprises of a Hypnotic session , "Back-up Tape" and a reinforcing program to
remind the client of the exceptionally healthy choice they have made.
Hypnosis has been found to be extremely effective in the treatment of smoking.
The results of a huge study by Frank Schmidt and research student Chockalingam
Viswesvaran Hypnosis was found to be the most effective form of therapy. This
study used 72000 case studies throughout America , Scandinavia and else-where in
Europe. A.S.H. Action on smoking and health also consider the use of Hypnosis to
be the most effective form of therapy for smoking cessation.
Stopping smoking is a very common desire for all smokers However many fail or
never reach the decision to give up because they do not answer several questions
which every smoker should put to themselves. The answers to these questions
would ensure the positive attitude which allows anyone to stop smoking , easily
,painlessly, without mood swings ,irritability or cravings!
It's easy with hypnotherapy
Smoking cessation using Suggestion Therapy has been proved to be more effective
than many if not all other Stop smoking aids available ,e.g. Nicotine patches
,dummy cigarettes and pure Will power.
The main reason that Will power alone will not enable a smoker to successfully
stop is that will power is a process which requires constant conscious effort to
maintain. The unconscious part of the mind controls 95 % of all our actions
,thoughts ,emotions and bodily functions without any effort at all Suggestion
Therapy communicates with the unconscious mind , reprogramming it and enabling
you to connect the process of not smoking with pleasurable feelings of
confidence and pride , instead of the negative feelings usually associated with
stopping smoking like irritability and cravings.
Remember
The
difference between a smoker and a non-smoker is not that a non-smoker
doesn't smoke, it's that a non-smoker has no desire to smoke, when there
is no desire to smoke ,there is no temptation to smoke and therefore on
need for will power to resist temptation.
