Winchester
and District Branch
This years AGM on Monday the 28th April 08 is
being held as part of our
monthly Social Club activities.
It is a way for you to have
a better insight of what the club does regularly
and the AGM is the only event
where we can report on how the Branch is doing; achieve direct feedback
on the
needs and wishes of our members.
The formalities therefore
have been kept to a minimum but we intend this to be an informative
event.
Please join us – but let us
know you are coming. A phone call or email will do.
If you want to join our
regular – Monthly Monday Social Club or feel you need know more about
our
fortnightly Tuesday Physiotherapy sessions please let us know.
We also continue to seek
better ideas on what we do within the branch – let us have your views?
See you all at the AGM; don’t forget to
book your
seat NOW.
If you would like to know
more about these volunteering roles and positions within the society,
understand the workings of the committee, or assist the branch in any
way,
please contact Bernard or any branch committee member for information.
Free training is available
for all pertinent roles.
Please remember we can’t
have fun without some hard work, so the tin days and other fundraising
events
need manning. All help welcome – an hour is all we ask.
Please let us know if you
are able to attend so that we get adequate seating correct.
Note: - this venue is fully
accessible.
Best regards
Bernard
