Holidays Would you like to go out and about ?  Have you heard about the Jumbulance Trust ? The Jumbulance Trust exists to make it possible for severely disabled, sick and dependent elderly people to travel on holidays and day outings,which for most would be well nigh impossible by air, rail, standard coach or any other means. MS Nurse The MS Nurse  is based at Southampton Hospital (Stephanie Heath) She can be contacted by those with MS who need help, and live  in the Winchester &  District area  on :- tele 02380 796864	The Multiple Sclerosis Research Centre (MSRC) has a web site at http://www.msrc.co.uk/ They produce a magazine called 'New Pathways' which  gives  information about some of the  alternative therapies you can try.
The Multiple Sclerosis Trust is an organisation with a web site at www.mstrust.org.uk/ They publish a Newsletter called 'Open Door', which gives information about education and research issues in the coping with, and the treatment for, Multiple Sclerosis.	There is a Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre at Portsmouth called Solent MS Centre at : 56 Hewett Road,  North End, PORTSMOUTH, PO2 0PQ.
