I am here to offer a Christian alternative to traditional established churches.

This is my response to the demands of this modern world.

I minister to those who have no wish to attend an organised established church, and yet want The Lord’s Prayer and a Christian Trinitarian Blessing included in their chosen service.

There is no conflict of doctrines or theological identity with the historic church. I celebrate the sacraments and maintain a valid Apostolic Succession, whilst remaining an independent creative spirit in Christ’s universal church.

The order I belong to is truly a people’s church, with Episcopal oversight, attentive to the pastoral needs of our modern times. I am an ordained Christian Priest and member of The Order of On Call Clergy, answering the Christian needs of those outside the church's doors.

The Reverend Sadie M. Copsey was originally ordained to The Open Episcopal Church as a Catholic Priest in the Old Catholic Utrecht Apostolic line of succession.

Her Holy Orders are entirely without fault and are recognised as such by both the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Communion at large.

The Open Episcopal Church is a separate jurisdiction from both, but Reverend Sadie’s Holy Orders are derived from the same Apostolic Succession.

Reverend Sadie chose to return to her independent ministry, serving Christians who wish to remain outside the established church, in April 2003.
