Inverness Road The marriage took place in the district of Queensferry in the county of Linlithgow according to the rites of the Church of Scotland. David Williamson, Minister at the United Presbyterian Church of Queensferry was the officiating minister. Witnesses were Robert Butchart (?), and Archibold Blair. The Marriage was registered on 28th December 1867 by John Lumedoe, Registrar. 1867 working as a plumber. At time of 1881 census had two nieces living at the house and a servant. The Adam Menzies family owned the house, Clach-Na-Faire, Pitlochry, from approximately 1890 to 1904. Adam Menzies died in 1902 and his widow sold the house. |
