This new villa is in a quiet setting on the edge of the village of Peret, adjacent to the vines! It is of traditional construction and fully furnished for our own occupation.


There is an entrance hall with a large lounge/dining area, leading on to a South-facing terrace overlooking the level garden and pool. The lounge contains a wood burning stove, a TV capable capable of receiving French terrestrial and Sky digital 'free to air' satellite stations, plus DVD player. A separate fully fitted kitchen contains fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a master bedroom that also leads on to the garden terrace, with double bed and en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedded rooms, a family bathroom and separate wc.


The villa's heating and hot water is by electricity, which is included in the prices.

The villa's heating and hot water is by electricity. There is off road parking for two cars. There is no key holding service. A key is posted two weeks before the planned holiday, and returned to us at the end of the holiday. Clients are trusted to leave villa in a clean and tidy condition for the next people, since no cleaning service is provided. This is reflected in the low prices charged. However, the villa is inspected after each departure. This system has worked well for clients and us. Bed linen is available by prior arrangement.

The private swimming pool, which is 8 x 4 metres, is exclusively for the use of villa guests. It is not heated, but it is fully maintained. There are sun loungers and a barbeque in the garden.
