Product details
External racks are designed for attachment to lightweight vehicle bodies up to 7.5 tonne GVW. All Supertrucks external glass and window carrying racks are manufactured to a patented design using aluminium extrusion with inset rubber profiles. They can be supplied with either, a standard System 1 securing pole system or the patented System 2 securing pole system. Racks can be fitted 'While you wait' if required. Windows or door units can be transported safely by using our patented Multistrap system. Fastening and adjustment of the strap is easily achieved by inserting the special ‘T’ piece ends into the built-in pillar grooves. A range of optional extras is available to suit both bodies and racks. Looking to the future…Supertrucks support an extensive customer base of blue chip companies throughout the ever-evolving glass and window industry. With a strong commitment to strengthening our lead in the future, Supertrucks will be developing new innovative products, such as multi-purpose glass carrying bodies with special features and removable internal racking systems. Development of the external rack design will continue with special emphasis on improving airflow performance to reduce wind noise and fuel consumption.
